Account Requirements

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

Order Process

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from our verified vendor partners. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or vendor verification requirements. Orders are compiled daily and shared with relevant vendors the next business day for processing and dispatch.

Payment Terms

• • Payment is required at the time of order placement
• • We accept UPI and NEFT transfers only
• • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
• • NEFT transfers may take 1-2 business days to process
• • Failed payments may result in order cancellation
• • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation

Vendor Fulfillment Model

All products are dispatched directly by our verified vendor partners after order processing. Warenx does not maintain physical inventory. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by vendors and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We coordinate with vendors but are not directly liable for delays caused by vendor partners, courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, order value, and vendor location. Since products are dispatched directly by vendors, shipping costs may vary by vendor. Free shipping thresholds and express delivery options are clearly displayed during checkout where available.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Additional charges may apply for address changes or re-delivery attempts.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products in coordination with the fulfilling vendor. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Return processes are coordinated through Warenx but may require direct vendor coordination for pickup and processing.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before being shared with vendor partners (within 24 hours of order placement). Once order details are shared with vendors and processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned following our return policy after delivery.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive vendor confirmation and approve the returned item. Due to our dropshipping model, refund processing may require additional time for vendor coordination. Refunds will be processed via UPI or NEFT to match the original payment method.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product information, but specifications, features, and availability may change. Product images are for reference only and actual products may vary.

Manufacturer Warranties

All products come with applicable manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims and after-sales service are handled directly by manufacturers or the fulfilling vendor. Our customer service team can assist with coordination but warranty services are provided by the respective manufacturers.

Authenticity Guarantee

We work only with verified vendor partners who guarantee that all products are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors. While we maintain high vendor standards, product authenticity is primarily the responsibility of the fulfilling vendor. Any counterfeit products will be investigated with the vendor and appropriate action taken including replacement and refund where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Interfere with or disrupt our services
• • Submit false or misleading information
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Reviews & Content

User-generated content including reviews must be honest, relevant, and appropriate. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our community guidelines.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or vendor partner availability. Our marketplace model depends on vendor partner cooperation and their operational status.

Liability Limitations

As a marketplace facilitator, our liability is limited to the commission received from transactions. We facilitate transactions between customers and vendors but are not directly liable for vendor performance, product quality, or delivery issues. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or vendor partner actions.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supplier issues.
